All delivery times are calculated from the date that the order is shipped. We prefer to use FedEx® as our primary carrier for the following services:

Shipping Details

Our shipping time guidelines do not account for any delays due to stock shortages prior to shipping. You will be made aware of any stock shortages at the time of your order. Shipping charges may change depending on available shipping methods and other circumstances and will be calculated prior to shipping. Shipping outside the continental US requires additional shipping charges.

Delivery Times

For ground service, our delivery time is not guaranteed. Morning delivery is guaranteed on Next Day and 2nd Day air packages to commercial addresses.

Conditions of Use

When purchasing from us, you acknowledge that orders submitted to us constitute the signed writing of the user, fully effective and enforceable for all purposes. We may require additional information before accepting any order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the user's order to accept or decline an order for any reason.


We reserve the right at any time after receipt of an order, without prior notice to the user, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. If the user fails to make payment on an order, we retain the right to resell the products ordered. If you have any concern about privacy of your personal information, please send us a thorough description and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our privacy notice and the conditions of use will change also.

Service Center Notice

All equipment received for test/evaluation is subject to minimum $210.00 test/evaluation/report fee. Fee is applied to repair or purchase of new inverter charger. No Fault Found shall incur a $280.00 test/evaluation fee.


Please check with us frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.


You may return an item that was purchased from us and obtain a credit or refund, minus shipping and handling charges and any restocking-fees, as long as the item or items are returned to us in new, unopened, and unused condition. To qualify, you must return the product in its original retail box and original outer shipping box with any accompanying reference manual, media, or other associated documentation, so that it arrives at our location in original condition within a period of 15 calendar days from original shipment.  All returns shall be accompanied by an e-mail verified Return Material Authorization (RMA) and copy of Proof of Purchase. Accessories are non-refundable. All returns subject to testing and a 25% restocking fee may apply on all returns.

Customer Assistance

You can contact customer service for assistance with any defective product within 30 days of the original purchase. Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original boxes and packing material. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
