As a factory authorized service center, our contract does not permit us to distribute parts. Please take comfort in the fact that our technicians are factory trained and have been repairing inverters for 20+ years. Regardless of your electrical experience, our experience on over 2000 Xantrex inverter repairs and our AC and DC testing power supplies allow us to correctly diagnose your inverter and install the parts for repair that will, without a doubt, solve the problem. We will test your unit thoroughly to ensure that all functions are operating to the manufacturer's specifications. We will inspect and tighten any other loose connections and clean the unit. Sending us your unit for repair comes with a complete "tune-up" and ensures warranty compliance.
